How to Deposit Funds into Your AlgoraFX Account

Adding funds to your AlgoraFX trading account is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to get your balance topped up so you can start trading.
Step 1: Navigate to the Deposit Page
Log into your dashboard and click "Deposit" in the left sidebar. You will see the current platform bank details or crypto wallet address for receiving your transfer.
Step 2: Make Your Transfer
Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT) — Use the bank account details shown on the deposit page. Make a transfer from your personal bank account for the amount you wish to deposit. IMPS transfers are usually instant; NEFT may take 30–60 minutes.
Crypto Transfer — Send the specified cryptocurrency to the wallet address shown. Ensure you are sending the correct coin (do not send ETH to a BTC address). Network confirmation time varies by coin — typically 10–30 minutes.
Step 3: Submit Your Deposit
After making the transfer, return to the AlgoraFX deposit page and fill in:
Amount — The exact amount you transferred
Payment Method — IMPS, NEFT, or Crypto
Transaction ID — The UTR number (bank) or TXID (crypto) from your transfer receipt
Click Submit. Your deposit will be reviewed and credited within a few hours.
Deposit Not Credited?
If your balance is not updated after 24 hours:
Check that you submitted the correct transaction ID
Verify the transfer was sent to the correct account details
Contact support via the Contact page with your transaction details
Note: Deposits submitted with incorrect or missing transaction IDs take longer to verify.
