What You Will Need
Prepare the following before starting:
A government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID
A clear phone or scanner image of the front of your document (and back if applicable for Aadhaar/Driving Licence)
Your personal details — Full legal name (as on document), date of birth, address
Steps to Submit KYC
Go to KYC in your dashboard sidebar
Fill in your personal details: full name, date of birth, address, city, state, pincode
Select your document type
Enter your document number
Upload the front image of your document (and back if prompted)
Review all details carefully and click Submit
You will see a "Pending" status. The admin team will review your submission.
Tips for a Fast Approval
✅ Ensure the document is not expired
✅ Photo must be clear and all text legible
✅ Ensure the name on your document exactly matches the name on your AlgoraFX account
✅ Do not upload a photo of a screen showing your document — use the original physical document
If your KYC is rejected, you will receive a reason. Simply re-submit with the corrected document.
